The schnitzel was really tasty. It's just a shame that I didn't receive any fries. They came when half the schnitzel was already done. Too hot to eat right away and completely unsalted. Since the waitress only stopped by in the cellar every 10 minutes (which looks nothing like a beer house), I could only order a salt shaker when the fries were cold again. In itself the schnitzel and the cellar beer were really good. However, the service and the goodwill sucks! I will never come back here. Sorry

We stayed in the beer house! The hotel has a great beer garden, a great utility and dining room. There is a large parking lot. The rooms are big and clean. Despite COVID 19, the breakfast was large and lovingly prepared. Great breakfast with plenty of choice. The young woman who was the waitress on site in the morning ..... 6 stars! Friendly, easy-going, nice .... great !!! Unfortunately, the reception in the evening was not so hospitable and friendly. We entered the restaurant to register. Good evening, we have booked a double room on F ........ Reception: Ah Mr. F ..... € 76.50! Can't you go into the guest more hospitably like in other hotels / guesthouses ??? For example: Good evening Mr. and Mrs. F ..... Welcome to the Hotel Bierhaus, we hope you had a good journey ?! Something like that !! ? Please let the young men from reception learn about breakfast from the waitress !!!!

If you want to eat an honest tasty schnitzel, this is the place for you. The staff are super friendly and courteous. We will definitely go there more often.

Delicious food. Prepared fresh and quick. Friendly staff and the atmosphere is great, especially in summer. The only drawback is it is always too little sauce even if extra sauce is ordered it is more expensive but not more. The rest make up for it.

Finally came to das Altes Bierhaus, should have come months ago, but OK, never too late for the first time, haha. Really nice classical restaurant and Hotel, we were only in the restaurant part. Decoration rustic, really nice. We dedided for schnitzels, available in L, XL and XXL. I ordered a XXL Holzsteiner Schnitzel, look at pics, this Schitz was really executed like it should be, with smoked raw ham, fried eggs and salmin toast. Baked potatoes and salat. It was absolutely marvelous! If could give 10 stars, would be 9, not 10 because the waiter misunderstood one order, but 5 out of 5 because it is just plain good! Value for money good, not cheapest, not expensive. We go there soon again!
